A new type of apart-hotel designed for surfers, digital nomads, and travelers who appreciate authenticity. The complex is located in the quiet Kedungu area, just a 3-minute walk from the beach of the same name with black sand and excellent waves, making it an ideal base for active recreation and island living.

The architecture of the project is harmoniously integrated into the surrounding landscape, offering panoramic views of Mount Batur, endless rice fields, and the ocean directly from the apartment windows. The design of 58 units combines modern style with elements of tropical minimalism.

Units range from cozy studios (from 30 sq. m.) to spacious suites, including Wedding and Presidential Suites (up to 87 sq. m.). The location provides a balance between seclusion in nature and accessibility to surf spots, preserving the atmosphere of “real Bali” away from noisy tourist centers.
